Every re-roof we quote starts with an inspection on your roof. MGR Roofing & Guttering is run by licensed builders, so we look at more than the sheeting. If restoring is the better option for your home, we will tell you.

Who you will be dealing with
MGR Roofing & Guttering is a family-owned roofing business run by William and Sophie Murrow, licensed builders with more than 20 years in the industry. Roof inspections are carried out by our own trusted team. We work across the Redlands and Brisbane's east, west and north, specialising in metal re-roofs, roof restorations, repairs and guttering. What to expect
Common questions before a re-roof
1. Do I need a full re-roof?
Not always. If a restoration will give you a sound roof for years to come, we will recommend it. A re-roof makes sense when sheets are rusted through, fixings have failed across the roof, or the frame needs work. You get our reasoning in writing, not a sales pitch.
2. What if you find problems once the old roof is off?
We look for likely issues during the inspection and allow for them in the quote. If something unexpected turns up, we show you, explain the options and agree the cost with you before going further.
3. Will my home be exposed if it rains?
We plan each stage around the forecast and only strip what can be covered the same day.
